After the success of the Brazilian and Mauritian evening, Mourad gladly accepted to
host our second table quiz. Instead of hearing the tropical beats of Jean Francois’
percussion or the tinkling berimbau, a constant low murmur and steaming, squeaky
neurons reined the atmosphere. The quiz was once again a huge success. More than 40
people attended in a relaxed and fun environment and all of them were well motivated
to answer more than 50 questions. First prize was a 10 euros WH Smith voucher, one
for each of the 4 team members. Cinema tickets and Panettone, a scrumptious Italian
Christmas cake, were up for grabs as second and third prizes. The winning team with
the best name was compensated with free beers and “Winter Sucks” was quite appropriate!
