Accents United celebrated a very French tradition on the 16th of November…Beaujolais!
As usual, everyone tried to discover which fruits it tasted of this year ...
And as usual, we all concluded that the Beaujolais was not the best of wines so we chose a different one!
The meeting point was the same as last year: Le Baron Rouge, a typical wine bar in the twelfth.
Because of the success of this event and the noise everyone made in the street (with some "unhappy" neighbours), we had to change bars.
We finished the night off in a classic French bar where we enjoyed some more wine, cheese, charcuterie and…nuts.
A "young" band (60 must have been the average age!) entertained us with some very famous French songs.
With the music and wine flowing some of the braver AU crew discovered "la chenille" ... see photos.
